Location: Reed House, Norwich
Salary: £33,239 - £38,514 per annum pro rata
Hours: 36 per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2027
The private rent team have recently taken responsibility for some of Clarion’s commercial assets and are seeking two experienced Customer Accounts Specialists to support the onboarding and mobilisation of this work.
The initial focus will be on the commercial garage assets. If you’re an independent problem solver who enjoys trying new approaches and working collaboratively, this may be the role for you. We’re looking for someone with strong experience to ensure we collect income due and recover outstanding debt.
You’ll be adaptable and provide first class customer service, with strong organisational skills. We’re looking for someone who has an open mindset and is comfortable developing processes and procedures as the demands of this new area of work are fully understood.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at Reed House Norwich; candidates will be expected complete onboarding in the office, with an ongoing requirement to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Skills Required
