This position is hybrid working a combination of remote and in our Eugene office and will be responsible for directly working with customers who express an interest in learning more about, or connecting to, our residential services. You will be responsible for working in several systems including, but not limited to: SalesForce, Rev.io, and Google Suite. You will be responsible for answering inbound sales calls, taking orders, making sales from our website, rescheduling customers, scheduling installation, maintaining customer activity data, and making any adjustments as required.

The ideal candidate is self-directed, motivated, and a relationship focused individual who enjoys meeting new people and quickly establishing rapport. Job Duties

  • Manage and close customer inquiries by phone, email, text, or chat
  • Discuss pricing, products, and promotions with prospective clients
  • Follow up with prospective customers promptly and regularly
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
  • Schedule installations from customer sign ups
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and overall objectives
  • Attend job-related trainings and participate in internal meetings
  • Committing to continuous personal and technical growth to drive ongoing success
  • Work with all levels of the company from office teams, to managers, and senior leadership

Benefits

This is a full-time position, with working hours from 9:00am to 6:00pm Tuesday through Saturday.

Compensation

The salary for this position starts at $40,000 annual. We also have a generous commission plan for each sale that is made.

What We Do

Hunter Communications, a Southern Oregon based Telecommunications Company, CLEC and ISP, was founded in 1992, providing service for local area networks, wide area networks and everything in between. In 2000, Hunter started building an all-fiber network throughout Medford with the vision of a Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) in rural Southern Oregon. Due to the growing needs of our customers Hunter expanded to provide advanced technical support and engineering solutions with the intent of becoming a sole source provider, capable of handling any telecommunications or networking needs.
