We are looking for a talented Customer Account Executive to join our team specialising in Customer Service for Cummins Drivetrain & Braking Systems in Redditch, United Kingdom.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Own the day‑to‑day management of assigned customer accounts, acting as the single point of contact.
- Build strong, trusted customer relationships that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long‑term success.
- Take full responsibility for the end‑to‑end order life cycle, from order entry through to delivery, invoicing, and logistics documentation.
- Resolve customer queries and escalations proactively, managing each case through to closure.
- Partner with sales, production, planning, logistics, and finance teams to ensure on‑time delivery and effective issue resolution.
- Represent the business in customer meetings, supporting account development and growth initiatives.
- Monitor account performance and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to improve customer experience and profitability.
- Manage EDI processes and forecast‑versus‑delivery analysis to maintain smooth order flow and enable data‑led discussions.

Education/Experience:
- College, university, or equivalent degree.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer order management, customer‑facing roles, supply chain, logistics, or international trade.
- Experience managing the end‑to‑end order life cycle for customer accounts.
- Experience with EDI processes is preferable.
- Additional language skills beyond English are advantageous.
