Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator. In this role, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and internal teams including Sales, Logistics, Production, Quality, and Accounting. You’ll take ownership of the customer order experience—ensuring orders are accurate, commitments are met, and issues are resolved quickly.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate customer orders from entry through fulfillment and invoicing.
Communicate order status, product availability, shipments, and potential delays.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Quality, and other teams to meet customer commitments.
Identify and resolve order, pricing, billing, account, and delivery issues.
Monitor inventory, production, and logistics information to anticipate potential problems.
Maintain accurate customer records and business system information.
Provide customer and account support to Sales and commercial teams.
Prepare reports and documentation related to orders, shipments, inventory, and customer activity.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, order management, logistics, sales support, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Ability to learn ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, agriculture, logistics, or a related field, along with experience in food processing, agriculture, agribusiness, manufacturing, commodities, or distribution.

Ag Processing Inc a cooperative (AGP®) is a farmer-owned cooperative engaged in the procurement, processing, marketing, and transportation of grains and grain products. Since its formation in 1983, AGP has been committed to the success of its owners. Today, that is over 150 member cooperatives representing over 200,000 farmers throughout the United States.
