What role will YOU play
o Assisting customers to ownership of their product through coaching our customer on the benefits of making timely payments
o Contact customers over the phone or in person regarding the status of their lease agreement
o Perform merchandise returns when requested

Customer Account Advisor
What do we need from YOU
o 2 years of retail/customer service experience
o Schedule flexibility between 8A – 9P, including Saturdays
o At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR
o Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states
o Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly

- At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience
- Schedule flexibility between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including Saturdays
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory motor vehicle record
- Ability to meet DOT requirements and obtain certification in required states
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to lift up to 300 pounds with assistance from a dolly

Fairway Leasing, LLC is an independently owned and operated franchise of Aaron's, Inc, operating stores across the Commonwealth of Kentucky serving over 39 counties and 14,000 customers. Franchise Principal, Todd Wilkins, started Fairway Leasing in 2004 and opened his first store in Somerset, Kentucky on April 8, 2005. Fairway Leasing has grown to 18 store locations in Georgia and Kentucky and an operational support (HQ) office in Northern Kentucky.
