The Role & What You Will Be Doing 

An enthusiastic Customer Account Administrator with superior order processing skills to deliver the highest standard of Customer Service. Responsible for accurately processing large and complex customer sales orders in a busy and fast paced environment within an expanding team. This role involves managing the day to day running of customer orders and to deal with all aspects of their processing and administration with the ability to develop and maintain good enquirer/stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately to agreed SLAs

  • Ensure orders are checked and correct in relation to product, price and expiry date

  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders regarding any issues

  • Accurately process credits, debits and returns to agreed SLA’s

  • Maintain price lists and price amendments accurately in SAP and Excel

  • Maintain computerised filing systems

  • Maintain clear, concise and detailed customer records

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:

  • Proven experience of managing and processing customer orders in a technical Customer Service role is essential. Experience in the pharmaceutical sector would be advantageous

  • Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word), and SAP or another ERP system

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving can-do mindset.

  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task is essential.

  • Resilient under pressure and confident to question decisions when necessary.

  • Ablity to work to deadlines is essential.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Good team player with an enthusiastic self-motivated attitude
