As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of coding standards and best practices to maintain high-quality software development.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week, as per the mandate.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
