As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for owning the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions. A typical day involves leading teams through the design and delivery phases, setting development standards, and ensuring that code quality, scalability, and performance align with business objectives. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence in software development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience in agile methodologies and project management.
- Proficient in coding standards and best practices for software development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
