Custom Software Engineer

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, coding, and improving various components within software systems or applications. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure that solutions are scalable and meet specific business requirements. The work environment encourages the use of modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software products efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance productivity and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in React Native. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with ASP.NET C#. - Strong knowledge of mobile application development principles and best practices. - Experience with integrating APIs and third-party services within mobile applications. - Familiarity with state management libraries and performance optimization techniques. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React Native. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
