As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expertise in leading and overseeing the development of applications using the Mendix platform.
- Lead the Mendix development team, providing technical guidance, coaching, and support. Ensure that the team follows best practices and adheres to project timelines and quality standards.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand application requirements, scope, and objectives. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for the Mendix development team.
- Design scalable and maintainable solutions using the Mendix platform, considering application architecture, data modeling, security, and integration points.
- Take an active role in developing Mendix applications, both as a hands-on developer and as a mentor to junior team members. Utilize Mendix's low-code capabilities to build and customize business applications.
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong expertise in Mendix low-code development, including data modeling, microflows, and custom widget development.
- Should be minimum Mendix Advance Certified.
Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
