Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, translating those needs into technical specifications, and overseeing the development process to ensure that the final product meets the required standards. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, while ensuring effective communication among stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Learning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Workday Core HCM.
- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.
- Experience with configuration and customization of learning management systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Workday Learning.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Learning.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
