Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with team members to ensure the applications align with organizational goals and provide seamless user experiences. Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to adapt to evolving business demands are also key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring that the software remains effective and efficient in supporting business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of application design and configuration details.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Angular.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
- Experience in integrating front-end applications with backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex user interface issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
