Summary:
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will work hands-on to design, build and configure Salesforce systems, either end-to-end or for specific business requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an technically strong Salesforce Developer, perform independently and become an SME.
- Understand the requirement, come up with technical analysis and design to meet the business requirement.
- Work on individual work items assigned, perform peer review for team members.
- Require active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
- Be a mentor on new joiners to the team and guide them on technical and business areas to ensure they become productive.
- Create and maintain best practices for Salesforce and LWC development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Strong technical and hands on skills development of Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Must have strong technical skills and hands on experience on: Apex, Triggers, Integrations, Sync-Async processes, Flows, LWC.
- Must have worked on multiple Salesforce Clouds – Sales, Service, Experience.
- Must be familiar and should have experience and DevOps tools like Copado/AutoRABIT/Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and limitations and hands on experience to build using the same.
- Good to have experience on Financial Services domain
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
