Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. The role includes coding and enhancing various components within systems or applications, ensuring they are scalable and perform efficiently. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to agile methodologies are integral parts of the daily workflow, enabling continuous improvement and timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Drive continuous integration and deployment processes to ensure smooth and reliable software releases.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with database technologies including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
