Custom Software Engineer

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will oversee the design, construction, and configuration of applications, serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project objectives are met, providing guidance to your team, and addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring a smooth workflow and effective communication across all levels. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining quality standards. - Support team members in their professional development and foster a collaborative work environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Azure Databricks. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture. - Experience in application development and deployment in Azure environments. - Proficient in data integration and management using Azure Data Factory. - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
