As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific client needs. This role requires acting as the main liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. The position demands overseeing the progress of application development, addressing challenges as they arise, and ensuring that the final product aligns with client expectations and organizational standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing project timelines are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data models and algorithms.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in data science such as Python or R.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing and cleaning.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and their application in solving real-world problems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
