Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to architect and deliver scalable enterprise-grade applications. This role demands deep expertise in backend development using Java Spring Boot and frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, or VueJS. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical depth across the stack, and a passion for mentoring and driving engineering excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Full Stack Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications across enterprise platforms.
2. Backend Architecture: Architect and implement scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot and microservices.
3. Frontend Development: Guide and contribute to frontend development using ReactJS, Angular, or VueJS.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery.
5. Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
6. Performance & Security: Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and security of applications.
7. Agile Leadership: Drive Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
8. Technology Evangelism: Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial

Professional & Technical Skills:
1. Backend (Java Spring Boot): Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA.
2. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and service orchestration.
3. Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools.
4. Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
5. Frontend (ReactJS / Angular / VueJS): Proficiency in at least one modern JavaScript framework: ReactJS, Angular, or VueJS.
6. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
7. Experience with state management libraries (Redux, NgRx, Vuex).
8. Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
9. Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
10. Proficiency in deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.
11. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation tools.
12. Domain Expertise: Enterprise Applications: Scalable, secure, and modular architecture for business-critical systems.
13. Microservices & APIs: Service orchestration, API gateways, and distributed systems.
14. UI/UX Integration: Responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
15. Knowledge of Compliance & Security: Secure coding practices and OWASP guidelines.
16. Data protection standards and cloud security principles.
17. Role-based access control and secure API communication

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
