This position is located on site at Goodfellow AFB in vibrant San Angelo, TX. Interested candidates must currently posses a Top Secret/SCI security clearance or have the ability to obtain (requires US citizenship).
As a Curriculum Media Developer, you’ll be part of a collaborative team with the distinct privilege of shaping the future of intelligence training. You'll transform written curriculum into immersive online courses, creating content that’s not just informative but truly engaging and dynamic. Armed with cutting-edge tools like Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, and Photoshop, you’ll tackle the exciting challenge of turning ideas into visually captivating learning experiences that make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with a supportive team to design and produce Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) products.

Assist in analyzing training curriculum and develop basic comprehension in order to suggest areas of improvement to use such as presentations/modules, video, handouts, etc. while also modernizing curriculum.

Use tools like Adobe Captivate, Illustrator, and Photoshop to craft multimedia content.

Integrate images, videos, and sound into training materials while respecting copyright laws.

Learn and grow as you work with courseware development tools and integrate assets with technologies like JSON, XML, and HTML.
What You’ll Bring:

Your Credentials: Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance or ability to obtain (requires US citizenship).

Your Education/Experience: 4+ years in education/training or graphic/multimedia design. Bachelor’s degree highly desired

Your Knowledge: Basic knowledge of competency-based training and learning theories with the ability to implement these concepts.

Your Skills: Proficient in a series of design products such as, but not limited to: Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Microsoft PowerPoint; Familiarity with SCORM-compliant development; Ability to write scripts with proper grammar and comprehend content enough to provide edits to incorrect grammar within content.

Pay Range:Pay Range $44,200.00 - $79,900.00
