What you'll do:
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum materials, including training manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Stay abreast of service requirements, international airworthiness standards, industry trends and technological advancements to continually enhance training materials.
Required qualifications:
- College degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality training products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Curriculum Manager or similar role, preferably in the aerospace or UAV industry.
- Familiarity with US DoD training and service guidance and international airworthiness standards and regulations.
