EBTH is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Curation Support Specialist to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. This hybrid role will be divided between general curation support and specialized assistance in the Fashion & Art department. The ideal candidate thrives in an organized environment and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and presentation standards while working with a diverse range of unique items.

TASKS YOU’LL BE JUGGLING

• Unpack, sort, and prepare a variety of estate items for processing and listing.
• Assist in the inventory and sorting of fine art, designer fashion, and accessories.
• Verify fashion items against detailed inventory records.
• Organize and maintain workstations and storage areas to ensure efficient and safe workflows.
• Break down and dispose of packaging materials in accordance with company recycling and waste policies.
• Assist with item movement and staging for the photography and cataloging departments.
• Handle delicate and high-value items with care and professionalism.

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, inventory, retail, or similar environment.
• Comfortable working around delicate, high-value, and sometimes bulky items.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 40 lbs), and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Interest or background in fashion, art, or vintage/secondhand markets a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and tasks.
• Drive! This business is fast-paced and challenging. A self-starter is a must!
