What you'll do
This position will report to the Culture and Inclusion Strategy & Alignment Leader. It is a full-time, non-exempt summer internship working 40 hours per week. This position routinely handles highly sensitive and/or confidential information and will have extensive contact with internal staff members, outside agencies, vendors, and the public.
- Design, implement, and manage programs and initiatives that align with global organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage external partnerships to business talent needs to enhance the employee experience and development.
- Engage in regular, consistent communication with business partners, stakeholders and employees to drive successful culture transformation, change management and innovative solutions.
- Support the deployment of distinct strategic special projects by conducting thorough research and providing well-informed recommendation.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications):
- Must be currently enrolled in a undergraduate or graduate degree focusing in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or other relevant majors.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative G.P.A. off a 4.0 scale without rounding

The pay for this position ranges from $21.00/hr - $30.00/hr based on years of undergraduate/graduate field of study completed.
This role is to remain posted for at least 7 days past its original posted date of September 28, 2026.
This position is also eligible for:
- Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
- Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern’s permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
- Employee Assistance Program, providing 24/7 confidential assessment, counseling and referral services
- GE Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) after their accumulated service reaches 90 days, and they meet any other eligibility requirements as defined in the plans. (Eligibility occurs on the 1st of the month following the 90th day.)
