The Role
We’re looking for a Culture & Operations Intern to be a true culture carrier at ResortPass HQ. This person will help keep our office running smoothly, create a welcoming experience for employees and guests, and support the moments big and small that make our culture special.

Compensation for this role will be $17- $20 per hour. This is a part-time role based at our energetic HQ 2-3 days per week.
What You’ll DoCulture & Hospitality
- Serve as a friendly first face at HQ! From greeting guests, candidates, and partners, you make everyone feel comfortable and welcomed.
- Act as a culture carrier by modeling ResortPass values and bringing positive energy to the office.
- Help create a warm, inclusive, and hospitality-driven environment for the team.
Office Operations
- Support day-to-day office operations, including:
- Conference room setup and reset for meetings
- Office cleanliness, organization, and restocking supplies
- Light IT support (helping with monitors, conference room tech, basic troubleshooting)
- Coordinate and order team lunches, snacks, and beverages
- Ensure the office looks and feels guest-ready at all times
- Assist with planning and executing HQ events, happy hours, team celebrations, and offsites
- Help set up, run, and break down events to ensure smooth execution
- Support onboarding moments to help new hires feel at home from day one
- Partner with People & Operations teams on special projects
- Identify opportunities to improve office flow, culture moments, and employee experience
- Handle ad-hoc operational tasks with flexibility and a can-do attitude
- Be the go-to helper when something needs to get done
- Strong people skills! You’re warm, approachable, and love helping others
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Proactive and resourceful; you see what needs to be done and jump in
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in workplace culture, operations, hospitality, or people-focused roles
- Prior office, hospitality, or event experience is a plus (but not required)
