Berklee’s Cultural Arts Education Administration Internship is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to develop the critical skills necessary to be successful in today’s workforce while learning about the management and operations of a higher education institution in the professional arts. Interns at Berklee will engage in paid, hands-on learning in cultural arts education administration, gaining experience in areas such as operations, marketing, communications, community arts project management, production, research, and fundraising.

By working in multiple departments across the institution – including but not limited to the Library, Communications and Marketing, and Education Outreach and Social Entrepreneurship – interns will draw upon their creativity and critical thinking skills and will develop and strengthen skill sets they can parlay into any industry or future experience, including adaptability, accountability, initiative, self-direction, and cross-cultural interaction. Responsibilities may include day-to-day administrative tasks, helping with the operation and promotion of Berklee’s programs, creating social media content, assisting in the operations of special productions and events, providing prospective student and family support, and supporting special research projects.
