Role OverviewCUBE84 is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the technical architecture, solution design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role is responsible for defining scalable, secure, and high-performing technical architectures while providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the Salesforce platform, strong integration experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of leading development teams within a consulting environment. They will work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and clients to deliver robust, future-ready Salesforce solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Architecture & Solution Design- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce technical architectures.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Define solution architecture for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
- Lead architecture discussions and technical discovery workshops with clients.
- Evaluate technical trade-offs and recommend optimal solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to Salesforce development teams across multiple projects.
- Review technical designs, code quality, and solution implementations.
- Establish development standards, governance, and best practices.
- Mentor Senior Developers and Lead Developers.
- Drive adoption of reusable components and scalable development patterns.
- Design integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Architect API-based integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Middleware, and ETL tools.
- Guide data migration, synchronization, and master data management strategies.
- Ensure security, authentication, and performance considerations are incorporated into integrations.
- Define application architecture standards and coding guidelines.
- Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce governor limits and platform best practices.
- Conduct architecture reviews and technical risk assessments.
- Drive technical debt reduction and continuous platform optimization.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor during client engagements.
- Present solution approaches and architecture recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, technical proposals, and RFP responses.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, and Product teams throughout project execution.
- Guide technical teams throughout project implementation.
- Resolve complex technical challenges and production issues.
- Support release planning, deployment strategies, and DevOps practices.
- Ensure technical deliverables meet quality, security, and performance expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of overall software development experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- 3+ years of experience serving as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Lead Technical Architect.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations in consulting or IT services organizations.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) are highly desirable.
