Leidos’ Defense Systems Sector Land Systems Business Area is seeking a talented CUAS Site Manager to join our growing Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) team in Lawton, Oklahoma. This role will supervise engineering teams and will assist in office management and program management duties as needed.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage new office and personnel
- Communicate and mentor peers and subordinates across multiple teams
- Manage multiple assignments, handle changing priorities, and work independently
- Collaborative engineering environment working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of relevant work experience or Masters plus 2 years of relevant experience. In lieu of degree .9 years of relevant experience.
- 2 years experience leading or supervising a team or project.
- Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance
- Must have a desire to learn and work within a team environment and have at least two years of experience in an organization supporting a US Government/ program.
- Good oral and written communication skills, confident in technical and non-technical discussions
- Highly organized, demonstrating the ability to work independently at times due to fast-paced and highly productive work environment
- Must be a US Citizen and a resident of the Lawton, Oklahoma area or willing to relocate
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in CUAS or Air Defense
- Experience in working with US Army customers and FISTA leadership

Pay Range:Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
