Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Associate's Degree. 
  • Three years administrative experience.
  • Strong professional communication skills with ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, in English.
  • Strong organizational skills.  Detail oriented.  
  • Valid, timely Child Abuse, Criminal History, and FBI clearances that meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, co-workers and visitors.   
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.  Ability to learn and effectively operate other software packages as needed and required.
  • Ability to accurately type at the rate of at least 55 words per minute.
  • Bi-lingual, preferred
