In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

•    As a competent contact person, you will support our customers (laboratories, hospitals, medical practices) in diagnosing and troubleshooting system malfunctions.

•    You will preferably work on the phone and via remote diagnostic tools to find solutions to technical and application-related issues in dialogue with our customers.
•    If an on-site visit is necessary, you will prepare for this visit in consultation with our technician. 

The essential requirements of the job include:

•    You have completed training as a technician and/or MTLA or comparable training in the field of science and technology and have 3+ years of professional experience.
•    You have a keen interest in direct customer contact and in working with our customers to successfully solve complex problems in a varied working environment.
•    You have excellent communication skills and a sound knowledge of PCs and German/English as further prerequisites for this challenging role.

Diese Position beinhaltet folgende Aufgaben:

• Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner unterstützen Sie unsere Kunden (Labore, Krankenhäuser, Arztpraxen) bei der Diagnose und Behebung von Systemstörungen.
• Sie arbeiten vorzugsweise am Telefon und über Ferndiagnosetools an Lösungen für technische und anwendungsbezogene Anliegen im Dialog mit unseren Kunden.
• Im Falle eines notwendigen Vor-Ort-Einsatzes bereiten Sie diesen Einsatz im Austausch mit unserem Techniker vor.

Die wesentlichen Anforderungen der Stelle sind: 

• Sie haben eine Ausbildung als Techniker und/oder MTLA oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im naturwissenschaftlich-technischen Bereich absolviert und verfügen über 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung.
• Sie haben großes Interesse am direkten Kundenkontakt und daran, gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden komplexe Probleme in einem abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsalltag erfolgreich zu lösen.
• Sie bringen sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie fundierte PC- und Deutsch-/Englischkenntnisse als weitere Voraussetzungen für diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabe mit.
