The Administrative Lead is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the office to ensure an organized, efficient, and welcoming work environment. This position provides administrative support to employees and leadership, coordinates office services and supplies, assists with scheduling and meetings, maintains records and documentation, and serves as a resource for general office needs. The Administrative Lead works collaboratively across departments, communicates with vendors and service providers, and helps ensure office policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, professionalism, communication, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
