AERONES is on the lookout for a competent CTO Assistant to support our co-owner in executing key projects and initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology. As the CTO Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping to streamline processes and facilitate communication within the tech department and across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CTO in project management, scheduling, and coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Prepare and organize documentation, reports, and presentations for technology-related initiatives.
- Support the goals of the technology team by tracking project progress and deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between the CTO and other departments regarding technology strategies, risks, and resources.
- Conduct research on technology trends and competitive analysis to provide insights to the CTO.
- Help foster a positive working environment for the technology department.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the CTO.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Project Management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to work and a willingness to learn.
- Keen interest in technology and how it impacts business operations.
- Hold a Valid Drive's Licence (Category B)
- Curiosity about AI and how it can be leveraged to improve day-to-day work efficiency will considered as advantage
