SALARY: $20.55 - $24.42 DOE

SummarySan Poil Treatment Center is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support for program operations. This position serves as a key point of contact for clients, visitors, staff, and community partners while helping ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the treatment center.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and electronic communications.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and program activities as assigned.
- Maintain and organize administrative records, files, and correspondence.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Support client intake and registration processes as directed.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies.
- Order, receive, and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with payroll, billing, purchasing, or other administrative functions as assigned.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
- Coordinate mail distribution and outgoing correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to clinical, nursing, and program staff.
- Assist with special projects and program events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One year of administrative, clerical, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar computer applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to use office equipment, including computers, printers, copiers, and telephones.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements associated with typing and data entry.
