CTC360: Trading and Technology Discovery Day is an exclusive event designed for sophomore students eager to explore their potential in trading, quant, and technology. CTC360 offers a rare opportunity to experience firsthand the world of proprietary trading. You’ll get a 360-degree view of how we operate, meet the people behind our success, and explore the cutting-edge technology that drives our trading strategies. It’s a day designed to give you insight into why we’re leaders in the industry, and we’d love for you to be a part of it! If you're intellectually curious, enjoy solving complex problems, or like to challenge the status quo, then this could be the industry for you. You don’t need to be an expert; we’ll provide all the knowledge and insights you need to see how your skills can open doors to careers in trading, quant or software engineering.
What to Expect:
CTC believes that standing still is going backwards. Our Trading and Technology Discovery Day invites you to take a bold step into the world of trading and technology to unlock your potential. During our immersive two-day experience, you will:

Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for driven, curious students who are eager to learn.
- No prior experience in trading or finance is necessary!
- Current college undergraduate student graduating between December 2026 - June 2027 from a US-based university.
- Able to attend the in-person program in full from April 3rd at 2 pm CT to April 4th at 3 pm CT.
- Pursuing a STEM degree
- Have a competitive drive and are a highly motivated individual that only gets stronger as a member of a collaborative team.
