We are hiring a CT Tech at the Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, Virginia.
This is a Flexi, Rotating shift opportunity
Rotating Shifts schedule – Must work 2 shifts a month, and 1 Holiday shift a year
As a CAT Scan Technologist, you will perform Computed Tomography (CT) and CT-guided interventional procedures under the direction of a qualified physician; provide patient and family education; operate equipment safely; complete department documentation; maintain all equipment to be clean and operational; maintain adequate supply inventory for performing examinations.
Qualifications:
Trade School Graduate: Radiologic Technology (Required)
Advanced CT registry in ARRT or CNMT to be obtained within two (2) years of hire (to include mergers and acquisitions). ARRT or CNMT is required. Staff within Sentara CarePlex, must obtain CT registry by 11/1/2016.
ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) - Certifications - Other/National, Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI, Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) - Certifications - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)
