The CT Technologist performs a broad range of advanced technical and patient care procedures requiring independent judgment while operating a multi‑slice CT scanner. This role combines technical expertise with exceptional patient interaction to deliver high‑quality diagnostic imaging services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently performs CT procedures using a multi‑slice CT scanner, applying sound clinical judgment to ensure optimal imaging quality and patient safety
- Operates power injectors and patient monitoring equipment in accordance with established protocols
- Starts IVs and administers IV, oral, or rectal contrast as directed by the onsite physician
- Delivers exemplary customer service by providing clear communication, compassion, and professionalism throughout the patient experience
- Actively participates in a team‑based environment, maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude
- Continues to utilize radiologic technology expertise by performing diagnostic X‑ray and fluoroscopy procedures as needed

Required Qualifications:
- Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program
- Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire
- Within 1 year of hire:
- National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography --or--
- National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with one-year in a CT Scan department
