Summary:

This position is accountable for performing quality CT Imaging through the application of advanced technical knowledge while maintaining strict attention to patient care. This position is accountable for providing expertise for all ages from neonatal/newborn to adults. The patient acuity ranges from stable outpatients to critically ill patients on full life support.
Education & Experience

  • Graduation from accredited program in Radiological Technology.
  • CT Registry required upon hire.
  • Minimum of 1 year Pediatric CT experience preferred.
  • Possess a level of clinical expertise and competency in cross sectional anatomy.
     

Certification/Licensure:

  • Must be ARRT registered.
  • Must be ARRT (CT) registered, or obtain ARRT (CT) certification within 18 months of hire.
  • Texas licensed Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist.
  • BLS Certified.
