Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare Customer dashboards on a weekly basis for internal and external purposes
- Monitor project activities to identify areas of weakness and suggest measures to improve
- Effectively and efficiently complete the month-end close process, including account analysis and reconciliation as well as recording journal entries.
- Ensure all transactions are accounted for in accordance with US GAAP.
- Participate in departmental meetings to gain insight into current and future projects and phases
- Collaborate with various departments to analyze and resolve problems
- Generate accurate, complete and timely reports at the request of management.
- Support, enforce, and help implementation internal controls, process improvements and operational efficiencies identified by Corporate Controller and Assistant Corporate Controller.
- Approach work and tasks with increasing analytical perspective to determine if results and amounts are reasonable and supported by other data.
- Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
- At least 5 years of related experience.
- Public accounting experience preferred.
- Knowledge and thorough understanding of US GAAP.
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookup formulas, etc.
- MRP/ERP experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Working Environment
- Generally works in an office environment, but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting.
Physical Requirements
- Interaction with people and technology while either standing or sitting.
- Must be able to communicate face-to-face and on the phone.

Salary Range: $95k-$115k, commensurate with experience
