Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager   B2B/ Sales _Ludhiana Br.

**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Sales Expertise:** Leverage your 10 to 15 years of proven experience in B2B  (Contractor and Pannel Builders) sales to drive revenue growth and establish strong business relationships.

2. **Communication Skills:** Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey the value of Havells' electrical and electronics products to clients, architects, builders, and government organizations.

3. **Team Leadership:** Showcase your leadership abilities by managing and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

4. **Industry Network:** Utilize your existing network to foster connections with architects, builders, and government officials in the Ludhiana regions.

5. **Location:** The position is based in Ludhiana Br., providing a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of Havells in these regions.

**Qualifications:**

- 10 to 15 years of experience in B2B (Contractor and Pannel Builders) sales, 

- Having MBA or equivalent degree if its B.tech or B.Arch with MBA is preferred.   

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record in team management.

- Existing network and connections within the architectural, builder, and government sectors.

- Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
