About the Job

The role of the Distribution CSR is to perform clerical and administrative tasks to support the various departments within Connected Cannabis Distribution

What You Will Do

• Invoice and Manifest all outbound shipments
• Verify and file inbound paperwork
• Update invoices and manifests to reflect shortages or overages
• Submit Certificate of Analysis with all outbound shipments
• Update delivery calendar
• Review and file completed manifests
• Data entry into WMS
• Understands, supports, and communicates Company mission, vision, and values.
• Understands and follows the requirements of the quality system.
• Initiates actions as necessary to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformance related to the product, process, or the quality system.
• Identifies and documents any problems related to the product, process, or the quality system.
• Recommends, provides, or initiates solutions by actively providing suggestions for improvement. 

What We Are Looking For

• 2-3 years administrative or clerical experience in highly regulated industry
• Experience in the cannabis industry highly preferred
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by Distribution Leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage projects and multi-task
• Adaptability and resilience to change
• Calm under pressure
• Compliance focused
• Must be 21+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to individually lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift for long periods of time
• Must have and be able to maintain a valid driver’s license.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.  The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.  This position involves sitting, walking and lifting less than 10 lbs for long periods of time throughout the day.  Must be able to lift up to a maximum of 50 lbs occasionally without assistance. Noise level in the work environment can be loud. 

Compensation

The starting hourly pay rate for this position in the selected city is: $19.50. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
