Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES职责描述：
- Sales Order: Check and enter new sales order based on disty and customer’s new PO.订单录入：根据代理商和客户订单及时录入系统，并确保订单信息正确。
- Order Backlog: Support sales to check and improve factory shipping plan. 追货：帮助销售团队与工厂沟通并改善交期。
- Payment: Collect payment from disty and customer. 及时追款。
- Delivery: Provide shipping instruction to shipping department. 发货：安排发货事宜。
- System: Maintain sales system.定期维护销售系统。
- Report: Maintain CSR report.定期维护CSR相关报表。
- Sample: Support internal and external sample request. 支持内外部样品需求。
REQUIREMENTS任职要求：
- Bachelor degree, majoring in English or business operation is preferred. 本科学历，英语或商务相关专业优先。
- More than 1~2 years CSR related experience.1~2年以上客户服务相关经验优先。
- Good English skills in written and oral. 良好的英语读写及口语能力。
- Good computer skills: Excel, Word. 良好的计算机办公技能。
