  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex customer issues or escalate unresolved issues as necessary. Work together to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional service.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection guidelines. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling customer information.
  • Attend necessary sales and customer service training sessions.
  • Execute local store marketing initiatives and other marketing efforts.
  • Represent the company in all business-related activities.
  • Other duties assigned.
     
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Bilingual proficiency is mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate solutions clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering timely and effective resolutions to customer issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Professional, energetic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • 1-year customer service experience preferred, preferably in an insurance-related field with a 2-20/440 license.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
