Come and help us “build” our newest site located in Tempe, Arizona! We’re looking for an Office Coordinator to join the Consumer Engagement Center in our new North American contact center.
Our Consumer Engagement Center handles over 3 million queries each year across 6 global contact centers from LEGO fans in over 22 different countries. From building tips and advice on the latest sets, to troubleshooting and hunting down rare parts, we cover a huge range of topics, which makes every day totally different!
Once the office is fully operational, you will have the flexibility to work from home for up to two days per week as part of our Best of Both hybrid model. However, to be eligible for this exciting role, you must be able to commute to our Tempe, AZ office at least three days per week.
The Office Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the CSE Tempe, AZ location. Responsibilities combine administrative, organizational, and interpersonal tasks.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Event Planning and Coordination: Planning and executing all aspects of department events, conferences, milestone celebrations, holiday parties, and team-building activities, both in the office and offsite.
Office Operations Management: Ensure the office environment is clean and functional by coordinating office service requests. Ordering and managing office supplies and asset / equipment management.
Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Manage administrative aspects of recruitment and support the onboarding process of new employees.
Communication and Coordination: Represent AMS CSE in global projects and events. Act as a point of contact between other departments and CSE. Act as point of contact between management, employees and external parties. Disseminating information to team members and departments. Handling employee inquiries and assisting with problem resolution.
Financial and Budgetary Tasks: Financial administration for the department including budget management, invoicing, expense processing, creating purchases orders, and vendor management.
Administrative Support: Managing office schedules, meetings and appointments. Preparing documents, reports and presentations. Maintaining and organizing filing systems (physical and digital).
Problem Solving and Adaptability: Addressing unexpected challenges promptly and adapting to changing priorities.

As the Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring every LEGO® consumer receives excellent service. You will be a go-to-person for the department so it is important to prioritize tasks.

Experience in administrative roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Advanced Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint skills
Ability to identify issues with clear understanding and empathy to resolve independently
Ability to work in a high-pace environment and meet deadlines

The salary for this position has a range of $49,000 – $74,000 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The definitive compensation may vary in alignment with the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
