Job Description:
- Client Engagement & Issue Management
- Act as the primary escalation point for client and operational issues, ensuring timely engagement and resolution in coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise closely with internal teams to review, action, and resolve critical and urgent cases impacting clients or processing operations.
- Conduct periodic meetings to review open issues, track progress, and ensure closure of client-related matters.
- Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Provide periodic updates to the Head of Bank Processing, outlining activities undertaken, key developments, and critical issues requiring attention.
- Prepare and share monthly performance reports, including KPIs, operational metrics, and management dashboards to support visibility and decision-making.
- Performance Management & Team Development
- Conduct Monthly performance reviews for the team, providing structured feedback and identifying areas for improvement and development.
- Identify team training needs and coordinate relevant training sessions to enhance skills, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening service quality, productivity, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, Banking, or any relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the payments/banking space.
- Customer Service/Relationship(Payments/Banking) experience highly desirable.
- Relevant experience in Card operations.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Knowledge of card business and card transaction flow with a good understanding of the process flow of at least one area of the card function.
- Customer service query flow.
- Usage of MS Excel, Card Management systems, Cards process flow.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Able to lead investigations internally and take ownership of issues until closure.
- Team player and able to empathize with the client.
- Customer-focused and able to work under pressure with an easy-going attitude and the ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage the client and represent the client internally.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, or relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in the payments/banking space
- Customer Service/Relationship (Payments/Banking) experience
- Relevant experience in card operations
