In charge of controlling and maintaining the quality of materials
Roles and responsibilities
- Work preparation
- Process execution (escalation handling) and improvement
- Follow up KPI improvement
- Local operational stakeholder management (internal and external including customer)
- Budget vs. actual cost management
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to make detailed shift planning
- Maintain infrastructure availability
- Align with site (external) stakeholders on planning and execution progress
- Execution
- Analyze the KPI of Quality Operation during process execution
- Prepare for KPI Dashboard for weekly report
- KPI performance measures
- Deliver local training to stakeholders
- Quality operation issue follow-up
- Drive and control infra and other operational costs
- Drive improvement
- Provide input and drive operational improvement
- Drive operational performance based on KPI report
- Demand/supply alignment
- Manage complex multi-sector projects according to agreed plan and budget
- Prevent issue re-occurrence by implement first containment and later structural solution
- Drive continuous improvement for internal CSCM quality team way of working
- Plan & mobilize resources of the cross-sector project team to fulfill the project plans to drive the structural solutions
- Proper communication with internal / external stake-holders to improve logistic service level
- Preparation of report, logistics KPI report or etc. requested by customer
Education and experience
- University degree or above with major related logistics is preferred
- More than 3 years experiences in the related field. (logistics & supply chain)
Skills
- Fluency in English (Speaking & writing)
- SAP operation and advanced Excel skill preferred
- Strong influencing skills (able to motivate, drive, steer and convince others at all levels of the organization)
- Experience on logistics and the Implications / consequences of handling ASML (High-Tech) material
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
