CS Specialist Analyst
Develop and support strategic sales plans to exceed financial targets, together with Service and Solutions Delivery management. The Service and Solutions Delivery Specialist LATAM is accountable for the delivery of a customer satisfying & efficient service. Performs planning, and analysis, reporting activities for sales operations and performance and will have the opportunity to work in business development for certain modalities.
Your role:
- Develop and support to execute the strategic sales plan to exceed financial targets that include sales of: Warranty Conversions, Billable Conversions, Contract Renewals, and Point of Sale (POS) and T&M.
- Analyze sales data and trends. Responsible for collection, analysis and reporting of the sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity.
- Develops and tracks key performance indicators, and evaluates performance based on the sales quotas, while taking into consideration current economic conditions.
- Performs regular analysis for business performance and financial factors. Maintains and enhances salesforce automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.
- Drives continuous improvements applying LEAN
- Maintain relationships with the Sales Leaders and Back Office team to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt forecast submissions.

- Part of the team with Service Commercial Leader, SSD Business Developer & Performance Leader, CS Specialist, CLV Leader. Main stakeholders, District Leaders, Commercial Leaders, BMMs, Service Operation Team.
- You're the right fit if:
- 2 years of relevant experience in related positions, managing forecasts and hard data analysis in order to establish a strategic route.
- Capabilities: Advanced English domain and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus. Data analytics experience. Intermediate-Advanced Excel and PBI skills. Knowledge in SAP is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineer or similar career.
- Your skills include, diligent and hands-on to drive results and enable teams. Customer first approach, good stakeholder management within a multinational environment. Strong analytic, quantitative and qualitative abilities, critical thinking and problem-solving skill. Strong oral and written communication skills. Intermediate- Advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience with Salesforce.com/ SAP/ ServiceMax.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
