Job Description
We are looking for a CS Management Trainee to assist the Company Secretary in managing day-to-day secretarial and compliance-related responsibilities. The role will provide exposure to corporate governance, statutory compliance, regulatory filings, maintenance of statutory records, and legal documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in routine secretarial and compliance activities.
- Support in preparing and filing statutory forms and regulatory filings.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and corporate documents.
- Assist in drafting notices, resolutions, minutes, and other secretarial documents.
- Support in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
- Assist the Company Secretary with ad hoc assignments as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- CS Professional Programme student.
- Basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and corporate compliances.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
