We are currently looking for a Civil, Structural & Architectural Designer position to join the team in Birchwood Park, Warrington.
Key responsibilities
Producing baseline configuration modelling of the facility structure within the project areas of interest (Revit)
Supporting the engineer to develop layouts of options to support down-selection through Value Management (AutoCAD/Revit)
Detailing the single preferred solution, producing drawings and details to communicate design intent and specification to contractors and other stakeholders for implementation (AutoCAD/Revit)
Attend site inspections to confirm design scope and interfaces in order to accurately reflect the as-built configuration of the facility within design solution details
Requirements
Understanding of engineering and architectural principles.
Ability to apply codes, standards and regulations.
Proficiency in relevant design software and BIM platforms.
Basic understanding of structural analysis and civil infrastructure design.
Understanding of construction methods and sequencing.
