Knowledge & Training Management
- Lead Knowledge Management initiatives for EUV UIR and DUV UIR domains.
- Plan, organize with GTC on training programs, including qualification and follow-up.
- Design and execute cross‑competency training to enhance EUV / DUV workforce flexibility.
- Coordinate and maintain Safety Training compliance in alignment with UIR requirements.
- Drive AE (Associate Engineer) training framework, including onboarding, skill ramp‑up, and qualification paths.
Skill Development & Monitoring
- Own skill level tracking, including definition, monitoring, and continuous improvement actions.
- Drive skill maturity progression in alignment with business demand and operation readiness.
- Establish and maintain SMT (Skill Management Tool) monitoring, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
Reporting & Communication
- Provide regular skill and training status reports to stakeholders.
- Enable clear cross‑sector communication between UIR, Operations, and supporting functions.
