Job Description:
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Arrange the shipment of the Company's products to its customers (Clients) according to the schedule of shipments, approved in the orders (orders) of the General Director or established by the direct manager of the Employee.
- Initiate contacts with customers to discover additional sales opportunities; coordinate the placement of customer orders in company systems (EDI); Process orders received by SAP.
- Change and recount the cost of the order in accordance with the availability of free credit funds of the Client, the availability of goods in warehouses, the possibility of delivery on time (transport), the allocation of scarce goods, depending on the production and delivery plan. Control the minimum order quantity in accordance with the Trading Conditions; coordinate the delivery of goods together with POS materials.
- Provide an appropriate choice of reasons for changing the order in SAP, for a further assessment of the reasons for the non-fulfillment of Customer orders.
- Issue a full package of shipping documents in accordance with the procedures adopted by the Company.
- Check the correctness (completeness) of the load, as well as control the process of delivery of goods from the warehouse of the Company to the warehouse of the Client. Monitor the timeliness of delivery in full (on-time and complete).
- To control the correctness of prices, discounts, allowances and the display of all the listed parameters in fiscal documents. Monitor and critically evaluate the listed product master data in SAP.
- Coordinate the process of self-delivery of goods from the warehouse of the Company in accordance with accepted procedures.
- Ensure constructive working relations with Companies, representatives of Sales and Finance departments.
- Provide Clients with a high level of service, acting as the key contact person for the Clients of the Company in matters of placing orders, distribution of goods, documents, certificates, etc.
- If it is necessary to deviate from the existing procedures (logistic, credit, finance), inform the managers of the relevant functions of the Company about this and ensure that there are permits for such deviations.
- Ensure timely entry into SAP of certification data for National Accounts (NA) customers, necessary for the correct execution of the order.
- Ensure timely entry into SAP of all data necessary for the correct display of sales results.
- Given the upcoming changes in the work schedule (holidays, price changes, inventory), timely adjust the schedule of shipments of the Company's products.
- To control the correct input of the customer master data into SAP.
- To be key user of SAP, Edin, Comarch systems, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of these systems and initiating the necessary changes in them with the involvement of Local Application Support (Edin, Comarch) and SAP Workgroup.
- Track Automation and touchless rate of OTC process, highlight the opportunities for improvement, initiate changes to customer orders process.
SAP ATLAS OTC process Key User and Access Manager
- Is SPOC and KU for the functional area in new ERP model - SAP ATLAS from CS representative and Order to Cash side1.
- Is SPOC and KU for SPM Power BI tool
- Responsible for managing access to end users
- Coordinates implementation of new system settings in Atlas through BRC
- Integrates required Atlas system functions for uninterrupted goods deliveries and shipment to clients
- SPOC for Altas global FE (functional experts) team in OTC area
- Escalates process to solve technical problems in SAP Atlas OTC functional area
- Educate end users on how to work in the Atlas system, ensure that end users have escalation channels to solve technical problems and the need for additional functionality.
- Execution of all Customer Service Processes \ in particular: execution of order to cash processes (O2C), еxecution of Customer Segmentation Strategy, еxecution of Shipment to customer processes (FTC), Communication with customer
- Leading the projects of developing new print form, assets and electronic document for customers in accordance with their requirements.
