Job Duties:
- Develop, coordinate, and integrate cyber planning, mitigation strategies, tactics, and operations.
- Leverage existing processes, analytic techniques, proprietary tools and technologies to create and implement operational campaigns.
- Document operational use cases to support adversary defeat
- Initiate communications with external support partners
- Conduct research for sources of data to be used in future planning.
- Utilize experience with operational planning
- Have a strong cyber background
- Ability to effectively communicate requirements
- Lead developmental working groups and/or meetings as requested by the client.
Required Skills:
- US Citizens Only
- Active TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph required
- Doctoral degree and four (4) years of relevant experience, Master's degree and six (6) years of relevant experience, Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years of relevant experience, ten (10) years of relevant experience and an Associate's degree, Twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a high school diploma/GED required
- Degree in Cyber Security, Information Assurance or related field preferred, but degree in any field is acceptable
- Relevant experience must be related to customer mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD, and include strategic and/or operational level planning (e.g., joint operations)
- External engagement experience (e.g., participation in cross-Agency working groups, JDA, field assignments, and external customer support) is preferred
- IC Cyber Planners course or other relevant training
Compensation Range: $96,000 - $120,000
