The Enterprise Security Architecture and Enablement team supports the Group Security Strategy for all Deutsche Bank. We are looking for professionals like you to help align our Cryptography security pillar domain strategy with CSO organizational strategy and to develop both a target state architecture and roadmaps that support the transition from current state to target state.
This role will ensure Cryptography security pillar domain priorities are aligned and associated capabilities are matured in a way to address emerging threats and risks to the bank. Individuals in this role will need to innovate for the future by embedding industry innovations into existing security pillar domain capabilities to drive forward maturity of the bank’s cybersecurity posture.
Additionally, a key function of this role is to break down silos by establishing stronger collaboration within and across all security pillar domains to efficiently support engineering and identify interdependencies.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of a Cryptography security pillar domain strategy aligned with organizational strategy and objectives, developing short to long-term roadmaps for security capabilities within the domain
- Collaborate closely with other security pillar domain architects to maintain consistency in development and delivery of CSO security pillar domain strategies
- Facilitate proper channels of communication with internal and external stakeholders to properly discuss and understand interdependence, facilitate architecture and technology reviews of major programs, and drive alignment across the various architectural teams in and outside of CSO
- Understand, advocate, and support the enterprise's IT security strategy
- Analyze the current IT security environment related to the Cryptography security pillar domain to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement through knowledge of current threat landscape, and to identify optimization opportunities for the technology landscape
Skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a computer science or engineering, information technology or alike
- Significant Experience in cyber security disciplines with focus on cryptography.
- Strong knowledge of cryptography – including certificate management and key management.
- Proven record of grasping highly complex problems and turning them into actionable plans to deliver solutions.
- Cyber certifications are an advantage (i.e. CISSP, Security+, SABSA)
