WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR JOB
As the Crypto Program Manager, your goal will be to act as the central operational support for the crypto domain, enabling the Global Domain Owner to focus on high-level strategy. This role will ensure the efficient execution of initiatives, risk mitigation, and goal achievement across the organization.
We need someone like you to help us in various areas:
- Design, implement, and manage the crypto domain governance framework, facilitating communication between global teams (Product, Tech, Compliance, Legal, Risk) and local teams.
- Directly oversee crypto initiatives, including performance tracking, risk management, and reporting.
- Identify and manage dependencies between initiatives, especially between global platform development and local implementations.
- Ensure alignment of all initiatives with the global crypto strategy and established architectural principles.
- Manage the global budget allocation process for crypto initiatives, including financial tracking of the program.
- Define, monitor, and report KPIs for the global program, consolidating global and local performance data.
- Prepare consolidated reports and dashboards on program status for global senior management and governance forums.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 8 years of experience in managing global programs, preferably in technology in the financial, crypto, or highly regulated sectors.
EDUCATION
- A university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or certification in Project Management (PMP, PgMP) is a plus.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong knowledge of program/project governance, risk management, budgeting, and KPIs.
- Experience in global environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and its regulatory implications.
- Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Availability to collaborate with teams located in different time zones.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
